SWM Kickers Parent Refund Policy
SWM SC will consider registration refunds in some situations.
For two season teams
1. A full refund will be issued if the player is injured and unable to play and the injury occurs before the start of the fall season games. If the injury occurs before the start of the spring season, a refund of the difference from 1 season and 2 season registration cost will be provided.
2. A full refund will be issued if the player moves more than 45 miles away before the start of the fall season. If the move occurs before the start of the spring season, a refund of the difference from one season and two season registration cost will be provided.
3. If the player/parent decides not to play for SWM SC before August 1st a 75% refund will be provided. If the player/parent decides not to play for SWM SC after August 1st and before the 1st game of the fall season a 50% refund will be provided. If the player/parent decides not to play for SWM SC during the fall season or before the spring season a refund of the difference from one season and two season registration cost will be provided. No refunds will be provided for 2 season teams once spring season games have begun.
For one season teams
1. A full refund will be issued if the player is injured and unable to play and the injury occurs before the start of the fall or spring season games.
2. A full refund will be issued if the player relocates more than 45 miles away before the commencement of the fall or spring season.
3. If the player/parent decides not to play for SWM SC before August 1st or March 1 then a 75% refund will be provided and after August 1st or March 1st then a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be provided once games have begun.
There are no refunds for uniform purchases. There are no refunds if a player/parent decides not to play in team tournaments, or not to participate in SWM provided indoor team training.
Refunds for clinics, training courses or camps:
SWM SC will refund 100% of the clinic registration fee if the player moves before the first date of clinic or the player is injured before the first session.
If the parent decides the player is no longer able to attend the clinic 2 weeks in advance, then SWM SC will refund 75% of the clinic registration fee and if less than 2 weeks SWM SC will refund 50%. There will be no refund after the player attends the first session.
