SWM Kickers Delinquent Registration Fees Policy

Monthly Notification of Delinquent Account:

●  Players will receive an email each month detailing the amount they owe.

●  Once an account is over 60 days past due, the email will notify players that failing to pay will prevent them from attending tryouts and being placed on a team for the following year.

Verification by Coach:

●  Once an account is over 60 days past due, coaches will be contacted to confirm the player’s contact details.

●  Coaches are responsible for reaching out to families to ensure they are aware of any outstanding fees.

Impact of Delinquent Account at Season’s End:

●  If a player’s account remains unpaid at the end of the year, they will not be eligible to register or attend tryouts for the next year until the overdue balance is settled.

●  Players with unpaid accounts will not be placed on any team roster for the next year.
